Description:
In a world where strategic, operational and project decisions need to be made faster, and new ways of working such as agile, DevOps, artificial intelligence and breakthroughs in regenerative medicine are occurring, it is imperative that your PMO and project team, project management processes and organizational culture are able to execute. In this workshop session, we will share some techniques for managing complex projects, explain how to bridge the gap between strategy, execution and agile principles, and show how servant leadership principles can be applied to your PMO and project teams. This workshop session will highlight the strategy execution framework (OPM3®), and feature classroom exercises for the following: increasing the likelihood that messages to key stakeholders are successfully adopted, operationalizing strategic goals and servant leadership.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: (1) Employ project and portfolio management techniques to deliver complex projects in an organization; (2) Assemble project and portfolio techniques to bridge the gap between organizational strategy and execution; (3) Apply servant leadership principles to your project teams and PMO.
