Building Lean PMOs Quickly & Effectively: PPM Tools From Day 1 and OnDarrin McLaughlin from Interra Credit Union and Brian Hintz from Meisterplan will discuss their experiences using Meisterplan's Lean Portfolio Management process and software to build a PMO. Darrin will discuss the processes he used to start a PMO and how Meisterplan helps him successfully accomplish portfolio and resource management. This presentation is especially relevant to those who are looking to start a new PMO or who are looking for a Lean Portfolio Management process.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:(1) Describe the Lean PPM™ framework and the main features of Meisterplan's project portfolio management software that support Lean PPM™;(2) Discuss how the tool supports PMO operational success.
